All financial transactions on the 12malay platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies are subject to conversion at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12malay's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 12malay is governed by the 12malay Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation.
